Get my role and permissions GET

Returns the caller's employee ID, role, and effective permissions, or `null` when the caller has no company. Clients use this to decide what to show. The server checks permissions on every call regardless.

List my company's employees GET

Removed employees are left out unless `status` asks for them. Errors: `permission_denied`.
