Remove an employee

List a company's employees GET

Removed employees are left out unless `status` asks for them.

Update a company POST

Allowed status changes: `pending` to `active` (approval), `active` to `suspended`, `suspended` to `active`. `settings_override` replaces the stored overrides; send `null` to clear them. Errors: `invalid_status_transition`. Emits `company.updated`, plus `company.approved` on `pending` to `active`.
